In this video I answer a question from one my readers who asked:

“Evan,

Thanks for all the great info; I love what you are doing to help people like me in entrepreneurial positions. I work in a brand new division at a company that offers inbound marketing services specifically for home builders and remodelers. I’m 22 years old and most of the new business development falls on my shoulders which feels like a lot of pressure. I love what we do, and the results we have seen from our first few clients have been pretty amazing, but I still struggle to portray the value of what we do to new prospects. It’s also tough to give references when people ask for them because we only have a few clients, and some of them are too young to have seen results yet. I know you were young when you became an entrepreneur, is there any advice you can give me to overcome these obstacles?

I’m not sure if it’s appropriate to ask you for advice like this, but if you can give me some direction I would really appreciate it.
